Constructed primarily of concrete with specialized timber components, the structure exhibits classic colonial architecture characterized by symmetrical proportions and repetitive arrangements of windows, doors, and columns. Key design elements include decorative wall carvings and column embellishments on the ground level, intricate ceiling motifs upstairs, a prominent front pediment, and adjustable wooden louvers designed for ventilation. Documented by Politeknik Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah architecture students, it stands as a vital historic landmark.
