Rumah Tok Su, located at Jalan Lumba Kuda, Alor Setar, Kedah, is a traditional Malay heritage house that is over 100 years old. It serves as an iconic symbol of authentic Malay architectural style in Kedah, celebrated for its delicate wood carvings (kerawang) and unique spatial arrangement. The house features specialized functional spaces including the beranda, rumah ibu, anjung, ruang tengah, selang, dapur, and pelantar. Built around an open layout without fixed modern bedrooms, spaces are partitioned with fabric curtains to maximize natural lighting and cross-ventilation. Today, it remains a popular cultural landmark and wedding photography destination.
